- Steady snow starting as early as 4am Sunday morning gradually increasing in intensity closer to the afternoon.
- Heaviest snow most likely between noon and 7pm Sunday with a potential second period of heavier snow 9pm and 11pm.
- Steady snow likely to end between 2am Sunday night and 7am Monday morning with the potential for light snow or snow flurries on the backside of the storm through Monday late afternoon.
- There is a higher degree of uncertainty in the departure of the storm.
- Snowfall Total: High forecast confidence in at least 6 inches with 9-11 inches likely across the metro area. Southern portions of NYC could see slightly higher amounts. Worst case scenario widespread 13-15 inches across the city, 40% chance.
